Jenn Hartman founded GLAM Girls Loving Arts & Mathematics® to inspire the next generation of girls to explore opportunities in STEM and the arts. With more than 12 years of experience in the engineering industry, Jennifer recognized the need to provide young girls with greater exposure to engineering, mathematics, science, and creative problem-solving at an early age.

Under her leadership, GLAM has grown into a California nonprofit organization that offers engaging after-school and enrichment programs designed to empower girls through hands-on STEM and art activities, meaningful discussions, and exposure to inspiring role models. Through these experiences, participants build confidence, leadership skills, and a belief in their ability to pursue any path they choose.

As a mother of three, Jennifer is deeply passionate about helping children develop the confidence, resilience, and curiosity needed to achieve their goals. She is committed to creating opportunities that encourage girls to dream big, work hard, embrace challenges, and discover the limitless possibilities available to them.
